Coronavirus in Yemen

Yemen is the world's worst humanitarian crisis. The country now faces a double-emergency: the assault of coronavirus on the already weak healthcare system; and the social, economic and political havoc the pandemic will trigger, including likely increases in hunger and violence.

3 million children are at risk of losing water and sanitation services in Yemen — just as the COVID-19 pandemic is set to peak. At the same time, 2.5 million malnourished children could lose nutrition support due to shortfalls in humanitarian funding and a widespread lack of food.

Please make a donation today to support the International Rescue Committee (IRC). By giving today, you can help provide assistance to children and families such as medical aid, food, and more. Our health teams are working around the clock to rapidly detect, respond and prevent further spread of the disease.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a powerful reminder of the world’s inequalities, and how we are only as strong as our weakest health system. We can fight this virus, but we need to do it together.

Please make an immediate donation to support our work, and help us fight the Coronavirus outbreak, in Yemen and more than 40 countries worldwide.
