IRC

A 7.8 magnitude earthquake followed by a second 7.5 magnitude earthquake in Turkey and Syria has killed more than 5,000 people and left thousands of families without shelter in freezing temperatures.

Hundreds of people remain trapped until rubble, needing urgent support.

The IRC has been working in Syria since 2012 and is launching an integrated response to affected populations in Turkey and Syria. With your donation, IRC teams can provide immediate cash, urgent supplies and emergency shelters. The IRC through its partners will support essential health services in earthquake affected areas, and set up safe spaces for women and children affected.

Please, make a gift now as we rush to support this crisis and all children and families in urgent need.
